My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed, very clean throughout, and reminded me of a lovely hotel I stayed at in Cheltenham. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room and the layout required me to move things to pass in and out. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was trendy and modern with nice touches like fancy cushions, offering huge and comfy rooms. However, I found it a bit tight to navigate around the foot of the bed. The service was genuine and helpful, especially accommodating our needs with a young child. The location was convenient just off the motorway despite some disturbances. The dining experience was excellent with lots of choices, although some items ended up getting cold. The facilities were good overall.
